Where to Park

All appointments take place at 5201 Old Middleton Road Madison, WI 53705.

When you arrive, you’ll find a designated parking lot for Whitney Reserve clients, which you’re welcome to park in. There is also additional nearby parking available, which is marked in the photo below for easy reference.

Please enter through the door that faces the street marked “Golden Hour Salon.” Beaming Beauty Studio is located inside Golden Hour Salon, so there is no separate exterior entrance for my studio. Once inside, you can relax in the front waiting room, and I’ll come get you when I’m ready for you.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can shift, and I strive to accommodate your needs as best as I can. This cancellation policy helps ensure fairness for all clients and allows me to manage my schedule efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and support.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Please click the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' button at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email, or notify me via text at (608) 413-2326 or email at hello@beamingbeautystudio.com if you need to cancel or reschedule, including your name and appointment date/time.

Reschedule & Cancellation Fees:

More than 24 hours in advance: No charge
Within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of the service fee
No-shows: 100% of the service fee

A credit card on file is required to book with me. If proper notification is not provided, your credit card on file will be charged the appropriate fee according to our cancellation policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be adjusted based on the remaining time or may require rescheduling. I understand that emergencies can happen, and I will work with you to reschedule your appointment in such cases.
